We act solely as an intermediary between shippers and authorized motor carriers. We do not operate as a motor carrier.

As a broker, K-Hill Transport does not take possession of freight. We coordinate with FMCSA-authorized carriers to transport goods efficiently and legally. All transportation is executed under the carrier’s authority and liability.

Customers (shippers and consignees) agree to:

• Provide accurate shipment details (weight, dimensions, pickup/drop-off addresses)
   
• Ensure freight is properly packaged and ready for pickup
   
• Pay all agreed-upon charges in full, according to the payment terms specified on the invoice
   
• Notify K-Hill Transport of any delivery delays or discrepancies immediately
   

Carriers contracted through K-Hill Transport must:

• Maintain active FMCSA authority and insurance coverage
   
• Comply with all DOT regulations
   
• Communicate promptly about delivery status or issues
   
• Provide proof of delivery (POD) for invoicing purposes
   

K-Hill Transport is not liable for:

• Damage or loss to freight in transit
   
• Carrier delays or service failures
   
• Misdelivery or theft while freight is in the carrier's possession
   

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will assist in the claims process but are not responsible for the outcome.
